Welcome to 19th Hole Golf Lounge.
Our venue has been designed to provide a relaxed, enjoyable experience for everyone. To help us keep it that way, we ask all visitors to follow these simple rules during their visit.
Respect The Venue
Please treat the venue, equipment and fellow visitors with respect at all times.
We want every customer to enjoy a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
Arrive On Time
Please arrive at your booked time to make the most of your session.
Your booking begins at the scheduled start time, and late arrivals may reduce your available playing time.
Door Access
Access to the venue is provided using your unique booking access code.
Your access code:
- Is unique to your booking
- Must not be shared with anyone outside your booking
- Will only operate during your allocated booking time
Please ensure the entrance door is securely closed after entering and leaving the venue.
Golf Clubs
You’re welcome to bring your own golf clubs.
Please ensure all clubs are clean before use to help protect the simulators and playing surfaces.
Golf clubs are also available to use during your session if required.
Golf Balls
Only the simulator golf balls provided by 19th Hole Golf Lounge may be used within the golf simulators.
Outdoor golf balls must never be used.
Darts
Please use the interactive darts equipment responsibly.
Only throw darts when it is safe to do so and never retrieve darts while another player is throwing.
Food & Drinks
Please help us keep the venue clean by disposing of rubbish responsibly.
If food and drinks are permitted, we kindly ask customers to leave the venue in the same condition they found it.
(Update this section if you decide to introduce any restrictions.)
Respect Your Booking Time
Please finish your session within your allocated booking period.
This allows us to prepare the venue for the next customer and ensures everyone enjoys their full booking.
Children
Children are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The lead booker accepts responsibility for all members of their group.
Alcohol
Please drink responsibly.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a booking if customers behave in an unsafe, aggressive or inappropriate manner.
No refund will be issued where a booking is terminated due to unacceptable behaviour.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the venue.

Please report any accidental damage immediately.
The lead booker may be held responsible for damage caused through misuse, negligence or deliberate acts.
