Welcome to 19th Hole Golf Lounge. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, booking system and venue. By making a booking or entering the venue, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not make a booking or use the venue.


1. About 19th Hole Golf Lounge

19th Hole Golf Lounge is a self-service indoor golf simulator and interactive darts venue located at:

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to 19th Hole Golf Lounge.

“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the individual making the booking and everyone included within that booking.


2. Acceptance of These Terms

By:

  • making a booking;
  • accessing our venue;
  • using our equipment;
  • or entering the premises,

you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The person making the booking accepts responsibility for every guest attending under that booking.


3. Eligibility to Book

To make a booking you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age;
  • provide accurate booking details;
  • provide a valid email address;
  • provide a valid contact telephone number.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit.


4. Booking Terms

All bookings must be made through our official online booking system.

Bookings are subject to availability.

Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email has been issued.

Please check your booking confirmation carefully.

If any information is incorrect, please contact us before your booking begins.


5. Payments

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider.

We do not store your payment card details.

Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings may be cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Where cancellation is permitted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

No refunds will normally be given for:

  • late arrivals;
  • failure to attend;
  • unused booking time;
  • incorrect bookings made by the customer.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion.


7. Rescheduling

Where permitted, bookings may be rescheduled before the start of the booked session.

Rescheduling requests should be made using the booking confirmation or by contacting us.

Availability cannot be guaranteed.


8. Arrival Times

Please arrive promptly for your booked session.

Your booking begins at the scheduled start time regardless of your arrival time.

Late arrivals will reduce your available playing time.

For security reasons, access may be refused outside your allocated booking window.


9. Door Access Codes

19th Hole Golf Lounge operates as a self-service venue.

Before your booking begins, you will receive:

  • your booking confirmation;
  • venue information;
  • your unique door access code.

Access codes:

  • are unique to your booking;
  • only work during your allocated booking period;
  • must not be shared;
  • must not be published online;
  • remain the property of 19th Hole Golf Lounge.

Any misuse of access codes may result in:

  • cancellation of future bookings;
  • immediate removal from the venue;
  • additional charges where appropriate.

10. Venue Rules

To help everyone enjoy the venue safely, customers agree to:

  • treat the venue respectfully;
  • leave the venue clean and tidy;
  • follow all on-site instructions;
  • supervise children at all times;
  • report any damage immediately;
  • respect neighbouring businesses and residents.

The lead booker accepts responsibility for the conduct of everyone attending under their booking.


11. Equipment Rules

All equipment should be used responsibly.

Customers must not:

  • misuse any simulator equipment;
  • interfere with electronic systems;
  • tamper with venue controls;
  • move installed equipment;
  • intentionally damage property.

Customers may be charged for repair or replacement costs where damage results from negligence or misuse.


12. Bringing Your Own Golf Clubs

Customers are welcome to bring their own golf clubs.

However:

  • clubs must be clean before entering the simulator;
  • only approved simulator golf balls supplied within the venue may be used;
  • outdoor golf balls must never be used within the simulators.

We also provide golf clubs for customers who wish to use them.

Please return all equipment after your session.


13. Darts Equipment

Interactive darts equipment should be used responsibly.

Customers should:

  • only throw darts when it is safe to do so;
  • never throw darts while another person is retrieving darts;
  • follow all displayed safety guidance.

Any deliberate misuse may result in immediate removal.


14. Alcohol & Behaviour

We expect all customers to behave responsibly.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking where customers:

  • behave aggressively;
  • threaten staff or other customers;
  • deliberately damage property;
  • appear excessively intoxicated;
  • engage in illegal activity.

No refund will be provided where a booking is terminated due to unacceptable behaviour.


15. Health & Safety

Customers use the venue at their own risk.

Please ensure:

  • suitable footwear is worn;
  • enough space is maintained when swinging clubs;
  • simulator safety instructions are followed;
  • darts are handled safely.

If you have any medical condition that may affect your ability to safely participate, please seek appropriate advice before booking.


16. CCTV

For the safety and security of customers and the protection of the venue, CCTV operates throughout the premises.

Images may be used:

  • to investigate incidents;
  • for crime prevention;
  • to investigate damage;
  • where required by law.

17. Damage to Property

Customers are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves or members of their booking.

Where damage results from negligence, misuse or deliberate acts, we reserve the right to recover reasonable repair or replacement costs.


18. Lost Property

Any items left within the venue will be retained for a reasonable period where practical.

Please contact us if you believe you have left an item behind.

We cannot guarantee recovery of lost property.


19. Liability

Nothing within these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Subject to this:

  • customers use the venue at their own risk;
  • we are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the venue.

20. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • power failures;
  • internet outages;
  • severe weather;
  • fire;
  • flooding;
  • government restrictions;
  • acts of terrorism;
  • industrial action.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
